At Family Love Clothing, we stand behind our products and want you to love every purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items purchased without reading the product description. It is the customer's responsibility to review all product details, sizing information, colors, and specifications before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from information clearly stated in the product listing.
- Perfumes, colognes, and fragrances (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@familyloveclothing.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
